For security reasons we will not allow backpacks and sportsbags during the fly in.
All visitors will have to pass through security checks.

PROGRAM
Saturday 1/6 between 10am-5pm
- arrival of the participants
- static show
- flight sim demonstrations by the Flight Simulator Club Belgium
- local flights
- pleasure flights with SV-4 (from 1pm on)

Sunday 2/6 between 10am-5pm:
- static show
- formationflight Stampe SV-4 (11am)
- departure of participants (from 3pm)
- flight sim demonstrations by the Flight Simulator Club Belgium

On both days, you can buy food and beverages at democratic prices at the bar, whilst enjoying the activities on the tarmac.

On Saturday evening (8pm - doors 7pm) the Stampe en Vertongen Museum organises a Barbeque (25 eur/person).
Sunday Lunch, a cold buffet, is served at 12pm. (15 eur/person)

ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE
Have a wild day and treat yourself to a pleasure flight aboard one of our SV-4's; this is the ultimate flying experience.
Tickets at 120 eur/flight can be bought on the day at the museum hangar.

ENTRANCE
Entrance is free on both days.
Pets are not allowed.
No backpacks nor large bags.
Visitors may be searched.
We do offer a booklet, profits of which will go entirely to the museum and the maintenance of the collection.
We do count on you to buy one...

PARKING
There is ample parking at the airport and neighbouring streets. (BEWARE : you have to pay and display in the neighbouring streets since 1/4/2019. First 2 hours are free),
Please do respect traffic regulations and directions given by the airportpolice.

SPOTTERS
Visiting spotters may visit tarmac and aircraft for photographs, solely when accompanied by one of ASA's volunteers. Please contact the ASA stand in the hangar.
Only badges issued by the organisation will be valid on Saturday and Sunday in the Fly In area.
Important : spotters will not be allowed on tarmac during the Flying Display.

VOLUNTEERS
As always we have a need for volunteers (especially Sunday evening for breaking up of the Fly In site; but also on both Saturday and Sunday for diverse jobs.
Volunteers will be provided with free lunch in the museum's 'den Atelier' at noon.
